Passing coax through an exterior wall?

Hi, I need to install an antenna by my garage and have all the supplies. My question is what is the best, cleanest looking way to run the cable through the exterior wall (which is OSB & Hardiplank)?

I've seen some people just drill a hole, run the cable and silicone around. This looks terrible IMO. Is there some kind of plate or box I could put on the outside?

There are coverplates for various cable connections that make the job look finished. Check in home, hardware stores.

Go to Radioshack and get a Coax passthrough tube. Looks like a straw with two washers on the end. This is the proper way to pass coax through a wall.
