Feeling stupid and was hoping someone might know the answer.
The 6 lights pictured below are each normally meant to be directly hooked into a 9 volt battery and have a resister built into each one of them. An odd project requires me to wire the power to them instead.
Can I safely connect them in parallel so a single switch can turn them on at once?
If so, do 6 batteries need to be used or can a single battery power them for a shorter amount of time?
They look like led so current draw is minimal. A single battery should work. If life is dramatically reduced then you could also wire several batteries in parallel too.
Sounds like a plan. Thanks for the reply.
