Overhead wiring to Garage (Nova Scotia)

Good afternoon, I want to wire my detached garage from my home panel, but I want to go above ground (4M) as the landscaping is complete (walls, paving etc). I am planning on a 60A sub panel from my 100A house panel with 3 #6 wire with a guy wire and anchors for support. (Distance 30 feet)
Question 1: Can I run one service mast up the garage and one up the house conecting them with overhead wires as stated above?
Question 2: What type wire is required (RW90 etc)?
Question 3: Do I require grounding in the Garage or can I run a grounding wire overhead with the 3 conductor garage service?

Being as he's not in the states it probably hasn't been covered. I'll dig out my code book tomorrow and give you a list of what you need to do.
