Oven installation

I have a 4 wire oven and 4 wires from the homerun is it electrically safe if I put the grounding together and have it grounded to the junction box or should I just connect the groundings together and put a wire cap on it or are either of those fine?

If the junction box is metal it is required to be bonded.

So it's required to be grounded to the box?

The box is required to be grounded. The oven is also required to be grounded. So both the oven and the box need to be connected to the grounding conductor.

Pigtail to the metal box. One end screwed to the box, the other wire nutted to the two other ground wires.
