Outside lights turning off after 20 seconds

So I went out to Home Depot and bought some lights to replace the old ones we had that worked fine. I installed all the lights hit the power and everything worked fine that is until 20 seconds passed. The lights flickered and turned off. I checked the breaker box and none of the breakers had tripped. I took all the lights down and rewired one at a time. No dice all had the same result. Once the light turns off on its own it wont turn on again until I rewire it then it turns on for 20 seconds and back off again. I checked all the wiring to make sure live parts of the wires weren't touching. I'm a little concerned that the breaker hadn't tripped. Anyone have any ideas?

Ummm ... maybe you installed a fixture with a photocell unit, and it shuts itself off because it's still daylight when you switched it on?

Have you tried to use it after dark?

I wish that was the the answer to my problem. I went back and tried to reinstall the old lighting and that wouldn't work either. These are the lights we bought:

Bad wall switch. Replace it next.
