Check for a gfci on the circuit. Try to replace the circuit breaker, sometimes those die. Check for loose connections in pigtails and terminals along that circuit. Check for a loose connection on the common, and hot connection at the common bus and the breaker.
When replacing circuit breakers you can do it while the main is on, im not sure how yours is like....If you do it while its on then please switch the breaker to an off position. Most breakers wiggle out.
