What is your question?

What you talkin' about Willis? The question is pretty obvious. How does he wire receptacles off of his junction boxes?

Fact is that you need to determine what the wires in those j-boxes do before you go adding receptacles to them. It isn't always advisable to add to what might be an already maxed-out circuit.

Ha Ha! I was waiting for one of those!

Yes, the base question is, "how do I run receptacles from two junction boxes I have in my basement.."?

But what info/help does the OP need?

Help with sticking receptacles in the two junction boxes he has? (...mentioned he already knows how to wire receps in a box with wires in it...)
Help with extending the existing circuits from the JBs to new device boxes? (..."I want to run new outlets off them"...)
Help with figuring out how to determine if he can do it without violation?
Help with box fill? (...mentions "lots of wires")
Help with wiring new recep circuits? (...sheetrocking, so maybe circuits are new...)
Help with figuring out what "all those wires" are for?

need clarity...

Well theres one thing you shouldn't be thinking of, and thats putting sheetrock over the j-boxes.

My mom told me that when she had someone over to fix a section of wall in the living room, the guy told her there was another receptacle there. But he went ahead and put his sheetrock over it anyway!
I have intended to find out where this receptacle was, and whether it's live or not. If it is live, I have to disconnect it.
