outlet doesnt work

We really need more... Did this just start? Was it working in the past? How long ago? Did you or anyone else unscrew any plates on light switches or outlet receptacles? Are these 7 outlets supposed to be all on the same circuit? If so, are there other outlets on this circuit that are still working, or does the entire circuit seem dead? Any storms lately?

Congratulations ...

Do you have a voltage tester or a non contact voltage tester ?

First thing is to determine if you have power at the receptacles, if you have power then you have lost a neutral connection. If your receptacles are backstabbed and the wires are not wrapped around the side plate screw that would be a good place to start.

As a homeowner you might try plugging a lamp or radio into these non working receptacles and kinda wiggle the plug and see if the circuit comes back on which would be indicated by the light working or radio coming on. If that happens then you have found the outlet where the problem exists.
