Just installed two exactly like that in a pair of tall linen cabinets flanking the vanity bowls. For a really neat job, or just to be anally retentive like me, do what I did. First, locate the outlets within a couple of inches of the rear of the cabinet. I then took a couple of pieces of 1 by material and made a little 3 piece box, two sides and a top, to enclose the outlet and wire from view. A couple of beads of adhesive caulk will hold them in place, yet allow for prying them loose should it ever be necessary. Even though you will be the only one to probably see them inside the cab, it will make you feel good every time you open the cabinet and do not see an ugly electrical box and conduit.
