Outdoor Lighting Question

I'm adding an addition to my house and also upgrading my panel. If I understand correctly, my new outside outlets need to be on their own GFCI breaker. I'm wondering if this includes outdoor lighting.

I'm updating my 60A panel (circa 1950s) to a 200A one. I'll do all my new wiring to code and update as much of the old stuff as I can (proper AFCI and GFCI breakers, etc.) but there are some existing circuits where outdoor lights, specifically the front porch and outside of the kitchen window, are connected to double switch boxes with the other switch controlling inside lighting. To be truly up to code, do these outdoor lights need to be wired into the outdoor circuit? Thanks in advance.

Outside lights do not need to be on the circuit with outside outlets
An outlet is required in the front & back outside
Not 100% sure if they need to be on a seperate dedicated circuit
But I have front & back each on a different 20a circuit (plus more) - big Christmas display

They can't be off of bathroom, kitchen, laundry or other dedicated circuits
