Out of sync Hunter fan lights

I have installed two (2) Hunter Tribeca ceiling fans in a large room. I is a great looking & operating unit. I added the halogen down lights to both fans. These fans cannot be controlled be a wall mounted fan control. They have built in RF type remote controls & cannot be changed over per the mfgr. My problem is thing getting out of sync. The fans may do this occasionally, which is simple to remedy. When the lights get out of sync, because they are multi function, they are very difficult to re-sync. The lights were installed @ different times but I was able to do their standard code relearn procedure & they were fine. I've changed batteries, used the second remote, left the power off I have TT the manufacturer & they suggested to disconnect
