Ontario Canada Code Dishwasher Circuit

Hi
Is there anything in the Ontario Code regarding connecting the dishwasher circuit to the panel when the appliance will be instaled at a later date?
The circuit on the appliance side is finish with the wire coiled inside a JB and terminated with wire nuts [ marretes]
Thank you
T1

Picture please?

If the dishwasher is going to be hardwired then I'm not sure why you'd have the wires capped in a junction box. The dishwasher should have a junction box built in the lower front right area behind the kick panel.

If you plan on installing a plug on the dishwasher and powering it from a receptacle below the sink then the wires should be hooked up already.

Maybe I'm missing something? Which is why a picture would help. :-)

No problem with a live unused circuit being there as long as all connections are in covered junction boxes.
