Older portable generator has no L14-30 receptacle

Older 5000w generator only has two 120v 5-20R and two 240v 6-20R plugs. How can I connect this generator to a transfer switch that uses a L14-30 connector?

Maybe something bad, maybe something good. I guess we'll never know, 'cause you're going to guard it. You won't touch it, will you?

To be code compliant, you can't.
