Old switch replacement

This is the old switch that has two 100amp fuses. It's fed through that bottom piece of conduit from outside. It is in the off position but it is live. The top wires are the incoming wires the bottom wires go to a detached garage that will eventually have it's on service panel. What do I replace this with?
