Is it ok to install a light near a drain pipe?

Can I install this light near the drain pipe? When the sheetrock goes up a vanity light will go where this temporary fixture is installed. Other details:there is no shower, the light and fan are not on a gfci. The one receptacle in this bathroom is a gfci.

Thanks

You have no code issues. Be sure not to try to anchor the fixture to the drain line.

No problem with the light and drain pipe. Good point Jim.

I inspired Toobheds question from another thread. Around here, that's a code violation. If there is any kind of failure with the sewer pipe, water will be on that light fixture behind the drywall. They call it a recognized hazard here. Electrical is not my thing and I would have thought the locals were calling out something in NEC or the like. I guess it's just a local thing.
