OK to enter this panel from outside / bottom?


Planning to run to a subpanel in a detached garage/workshop. Just wanting to make sure it's OK to bring the conduit out of the ground, surface mounted up the wall a few feet, over, and into the bottom of the breaker panel?

This exterior wall area of the house is a utility area that does not show to the street or other view - cosmetics are not a big deal.

Two pictures attached - one showing the bottom of the panel, the other what is below the panel.
