NuTone Blo-Fan switch (something cool) wanted

This switch is old and turns on the overhead exhaust fan but keeps spinning when I try to turn it off. Neither my electrician nor myself have been able to find anything with similar "character." I'd be willing to have it re-furbished, but don't know where to begin to find someone trustworthy. Ideas?

If it were me, I'd take it apart and see what the problem is.
It could be a crack in the knob that could be JBWeld'ed back together.

Well I'll be! It turns out that the knob had a round hole in the back but the post coming from the outlet is square. So a friend had the perfect square sleeve, inserted it into the back of the knob and, voila, the knob now makes actual contact with the post that sticks out of the switch to turn it on and off (I'm clearly not an electrician lol!). Thank you!
