What would you do to fix a nuetral bus attached to a metal panel?

Nuetral bus has been attached to a metal panel


How is the bus broken? It probably needs to be replaced.

Nuetral bus has been attached to a metal panel


if its a main panel it should be bonded to the panel as well as any other neutral/grounding busses

so, first question is is it a main?

best to post a picture if the answer is no or not sure
