non contact voltage testers. 24vac-240vac??

I would like to get a non contact tester. i have tried 2 Craftsman pieces that both sucked. basically if you get within 4-5" of an outlet, it will go off and not repeatable. i would really like something that can go down to 24vac but more importantly, I would like something that I could change the sensitivity so I can determine the polarity of a socket as well as track 120-277 wiring in a wall. I know I have used a Fluke before that you actually had to insert the blade in the socket to find voltage which was really nice but I would say they also could not find voltage in the wall though.

Can someone recommend a tester? The Craftsman I bought had a 24v button on it but they are just WAY too sensitive to do much of anything...

you also may want to wait for the new klein dual voltage tester. These are the only two i know of that can go this low.
