No power, not the circuit breaker
Hi, There is no power to all the sockets on one circuit and it is not a problem with the circuit breaker. Because it is a little used part of the house, it has not been a major concern. I am curious as to what the problem could be as I need to have the repair made. The circuit stopped working after a power outage of about two hours during a storm couple weeks ago. There had been a portable AC unit/dehumidifier plugged in, and operating when the power went out. Any educated guesses would be much appreciated.

Look for a loose or open connection at the last working or first non-working receptacle. Move the connections to the screw terminals.

Look for a tripped GFCI upstream from the outage.

I agree with the GFCI issue. Power outages sometimes will trip a GFCI.
