What size of wire should use @ 100 amp

What type of wire? Copper/aluminum? What is the distance that you are running it? What is the load?

The key item is the distance { in feet or Meters } and load it will be on ?

That will make the diffrence there.

Nmwu wire


NMWU is Canadian cable, Wet Underground. Canadian codes are different than NEC.
