NM Cable, etc. Temp Rating

I'm confused about the wire ampacities, and the physical nature they come in. For example, In the ampacity chart I use (http://www.cerrowire.com/default.aspx?id=46), and in the temperature columns, is NM-B available only in the 60C (140F) range? If so, I guess this is the same with UF? IOW: NM-B is NOT rated for 90C (194F)?

If I recall correctly, NM-B is actually made with 90C insulation and marked as such, but the NEC requires that it be used at its 60C ampacity. Same with UF.
