Immediate apologies if this has been asked and answered, and immediate thanks for links to any answers from this site or otherwise.
I've gone through the forums and have read quite a bit, and even have gone through the NEC 2008 for some of the definitions. I do have some follow up questions, particularly surrounding this thread here on the forums.
Is it safe and compliant to run a grounding conductor down to the circuit breaker panel where the main ground is? It seems like in lieu of running new Romex (trying not to tear out walls), or setting up GFCIs (want to use computer equipment in the rooms) running a dedicated conductor line might be the easiest way to go.
