New Power

What is a good estimate to run new power to undevloped land. The nearest utility line is along the fence line so around 300 feet.

TO the edge of the lot is almost always free by the Power Co.
(transformer availability for 240V service the main variable)

That distance is within reason, in most instances. Call them and ask.

OTOH...getting power ACROSS your property, that is from the closest powerline that abuts your property by way of a road or easement and to some other point within your lot where you might build a home or something... THAT will almost always cost you.

Tell them you will start with a 400a feed !
If they think you will use a lot !
they will be more willing to come to the party !

I'll take a guess and say 10K.

Then you can read this post.

"How much will it cost?" Asking for price estimates here.
