New Basement Wiring

I know this is a very broad question buy any insight would be appreciated.

My basement consists of the following rooms with lighting/electrical needs:

Home Theater: Two sets of can lighting, both on dimmers. And LED lighting under the riser also w/ dimming

TV Lounge: Ceiling Fan and one set of cans on dimmers

Bonus room: Ceiling fan and one set of cans

I know where all of the gang boxes are going and the right size gang box.

What i need help with is the wiring. My cousin who is an electrician is going to make all the home runs to the panel and connect the circuits of which there are 3. One each for lighting, outlets, and A/V equipment.

Do i start the wiring from where the homerun will go up into the garage and just daisy chain the outlets ending back where i started. Im really at a loss here. I would like to get all the leg work done before he finishes as to help him out Thanks.

If you are working with your cousin on this project it would be best to ask him how you can help him. Everyone has their own way of doing something. Ask him and if you have any questions or concerns come back and aks here.

Usually it goes get all the wire in and stapled leaving at least six inches of wire from each set of wires. Then you get a rough inspection.
