New basement bathroom wiring plan

Can a new construction bath's lights and fan be put onto an existing circuit? I am putting in a new bathroom in the basement. My plan was to use the existing circuit for the light and fan as it would simplify the wiring. The single GFCI outlet would then be on it's own 20a circuit. I am also adding a heated floor which would be on its own 15a circuit.

Part of the reason it keeps the wiring more simple is that the wire feeding the rest of the lights in the basement was feeding the switch to the closet which is now turning into the basement. So if I don't keep that feeding the lights, I will have to add in an access panel somewhere on the wall to connect the existing wire to the lights for the rest of the basement (sorry if my explanation of this last part was poor).

Does this sound okay or is there something wrong with this?

I really appreciate any feedback.

If the repurposed circuit has capacity for the new items you should be fine as long as the old circuit is not one of the few circuits the code says cannot be shared.

Is this circuit for basement lighting?

Yes the existing circuit is for basement lighting. It also has the outlets on it. I will be adding 2 lights (general lighting and one over the vanity). There was already a light in the spot that the general lighting is going to go.

There are currently 6 outlets, 2 lights and a smoke alarm on the circuit. I will be adding the 1 overhead, 1 vanity and bath fan.

Sounds like you will be fine to add the new lights.
