i am building an addition wat things should i make sure of for the electrical inspection, wat r things they look for

Proper spelling for one.

Your most likely going to be under NEC2011....

All your outlets need to be tamper resistant.
Neutrals in all your switch boxes.
Wired smoke detectors
If your adding bedrooms, AFIC's
Proper size wire
Enough outlets in your load center.
