Need a way around and through??

Any electricans have a way to pull a wire down 1 wall and through another w/o tearing off the sheet rock? Like a pet mouse or someting...lol. I'm thinking thats going to be my one way to do it (pulling off sheetrock), but maybe there is a way that I don't know of.

Thanks

There are many tricks for fishing a cable in the wall. Sometimes it just depends on how the walls are arranged. Is there access above or below the wall? Are the walls stacked above each other?
