Need NEC 2008 stuff re new bathroom

A bathroom is to have six total outlets, three of them lights, one a vent-fan/light combo, and two duplex receptacles, one near the sink, the other not.

May all six outlets be in the same 20A circuit, the circuit protected by a non-GFCI breaker, but the receptacles being GFCI-type with button reset?

Yes, as long as this circuit does not leave this bathroom.

In regards to bathrooms the code states:

You may have a 20 amp circuit feed different bathroom outlets as long as it is only feeding the outlets in the bathrooms. And it must be a 20 amp GFCI circuit.

-OR-

You may have a 20 amp circuit feed only one individual bathroom which will supply power to the GFCI protected outlets in the bathroom, the light and exhaust fan.

The other equipment like the fan/light and lighting cannot exceed 50% of the circuit rating if used on the 20 amp receptacle circuit.

OK. Thanks for the replies. Here is a plan of the room, showing the six outlets, two of them receps.

The fan/light spec is shown, and info given about the heater, which is on a separate 240V circuit.
