Need help finding Square D breaker

I have a major problem that I am so far unable to resolve. I have a Square D Homeline Main Service Panel, rated 200 Amp. It has 30 breaker slots. The lower 5 slots on either side are capable of taking piggyback breakers, but the top 10 slots are not . The Panel Is full. The lower slots have all been piggy backed except for 2 on one side..

I need to add a 220 volt circuit to provide power o my outdoor shop. The only way I can think of to do this wihout installing a larger Panel would be to piggyback some more breakers that I don't have . What I want to ask is does any company make a piggyback 220 volt breaker (takes up 2 slots) that does the same thing as the 120V piggyback circuits, make 2 out of 1.

I have searched the web for piggyback 220 v breakers with no success. Does any one have any suggestions? BTW, I can't add a sub panel for the same reason, Just not enough unused breaker slos.

HELP!

you can not take a 2 pole breaker and put it in one space and get 220 out of it. Can you add a small subpanel next to your exsiting panel, splaice the 2 circuits that are not twin breakers and tie them to the subpanel, the use the open spaces to install your subpanel feed to then use subpanel to feed shop. just a thought

Need help finding Square D breaker

Thanks for the advice, I think I have found another soloution. Lowes says hey have what is called a Quad breaker that gives 2 20 amp 115 volt circuits and 1 50 amp 220 volt circuit. If it is available that will solve my problem. Thanks

What brand are they selling? It might fit your homeline panel, but it might not be legal

Homeline makes a sort of quad in many configurations. They are two 15 or 20 amp single poles with a two pole in the center. The two poles go from 15 to 50 amps.

PLEASE don't rely on the Home Depot dude to tell you what's what.
