Need advice on riwiring and adding shop lights to my small garage

I have a small garage (14x30) with crude lighting. I want to install 4 florescent shop lights (T8 4 foot) along with some new recepticals. I want the lights to be controlled by two switches near the door. One switch should turn on the back two shoplights and the other switch would turn on the front 2 lights near the garage door. I planned to put the lights along with 4-5 recepticals on the same 20A circuit. I've included a very crude diagram of the garage.

What is the best route for my to hook all of this together? I was going to come out of my breaker box into a nearby receptical, then across the floor joists into a ceiling receptical (for garage door). But what would be the most efficient route after that?

I would advise two circuits, one for lights and the other for the receptacles.

Your receptacles, including the opener receptacle, will require GFI protection.

Route the wiring however it makes sense.

Just offering from own experience in previous house where I installed four 4' T-8 strips in same manner you propose. My garage was 12x23 and it was just barely enough light. I would consider two more strips. If you're working on a car or have a work bench along back wall, mount those two perpendicular to the others at back of garage.
