Multiple separate switched from common feed

I have 3 separate single switches, controlling three separate lights, all powered from one common feed from a receptacle below. I would like a little oversight on my wiring please. Basically, from the power feed black wire I have three black pigtails, one to each switch. Then the 3 switch side whites connect to the power feed white and the 3 switch side grounds get connected to the power feed grounds. Right? Or do I provide pigtailed grounds to each switch as well? I have a couple of these situations I am not exactly sure of, and my inspection is probably gonna be Tuesday. Thanks for all replies.

pigtail the incoming hot to all the switches, hook all the whites together, and all the grounds together, and to any ground screws on the switches
