Mounting outdoor floodlight

What are the fittings needed to mount this light to an outdoor wall.
Thanks,

The mounting bracket is included. In the picture. You can't see it? If you want to know how to connect the power post that question.

Is that a piece of flex cord on the back of the fixture?

All electrical connections need to be made in an approved junction box. You could surface mount a weatherproof box with a one hole cover. You would use a compression gland connector on the cord that would thread into the hole in the cover.
