motion sensor w/timer

I am looking for a device that will sense motion and, after a set time(maybe a couple of minutes), turn on a fan for a programmed amount of time. Maybe run for 5 minutes.

I am remodeling and will set the cat box under a counter top. There will be a duct to a fan, or a fan that is ducted, out the wall. When kitty gets in to do his business the timer will start and the fan will exhaust the stinky poo smell(that is tech jargon). I don't want to run the fan immediately because it may scare the cat. I have looked for Greenheck fans and controls but can't find what I want.

Any comments(other than getting rid of the cat : ) ) or ideas are appreciated.

A 556 IC
