Mixed voltage gang and Canadian code (alberta specifically)

I want to modify my current setup (as from builders) of a 3 gang high volt/ 1 gang low volt from 2 separate units (3+1 spaced quite far apart) to a single unit (4 gang).

I've found a gang from a USA vendor that does exactly what I want via a user settable internal partition that separates the high volt from the low volt

but I cannot seem to find a similar item here in Canada and I am beginning to wonder that if Canada in their infinite wisdom, said 'no no no - that makes too much sense and we won't allow you to use that here in Canada'.

what does Canadian code state regarding mixed voltage gangs?
