missing service disconnect breaker

Any electrical supply house has them. I have also seen them at the depot/lowes. They also sell the disconnects that are not breakers they are just service disconnects for the unit.

missing service disconnect breaker

Why do you need a breaker in the service disconnect? It should have a breaker in the main or sub-panel that feeds it. Just get a weatherproof 60 amp disconnect: $15 approx.
