Question

main panel minimum height above floor


there doesn't seem to be a minimum height for a main panel above floor, is there?

i was thinking 36" between the floor and the bottom of the panel

There is no minimum. 36" will be fine.

There. An be no breakers (including main) above 6' 6".

It is actually 6'-7" , not 6'-6" max.

what do you think if i went only 18" above floor? am i walking on the edge?

Im pretty sure a mobile home has a minimum height, but everything else is fair game, I have seen them against the floor.... sucks to work on, but it is, what it is.
