low voltage inside conduit with line voltage

I am going to be putting in an alarm system for my Mother's house. I am limited to where I can install the outside horn. I would like to install it high up on the house to avoid access to anyone trying to tamper with it. I am also going to be installing some new outdoor sensor floodlights and piping them with emt. The cable for the horn is fire alarm wire AWG 16/2 (or 16/4 if I set up a tamper zone for the horn) FPL/CL2 75 degree C. Ideally I would like to share this conduit for the lights with the horn wiring and tee off of the emt to a box to mount the horn to. Can the horn wire be run in the conduit with the line voltage? Thanks
