Low voltage between Line and Neutral in Oven

Hello,
The oven in my Wolf cookstove stopped working some time back. I called the authorized repair person who told me that the problem was electrical.

The voltage between each of the two lines and ground is 110 volts each (what it shoud be); but the voltage between each of the two lines and Neutral is only 20 volts. The repair person claimed that this was the probelm and that an electrician could fix it easily.

I had replaced the circuit breaker (50 Amps) to try and fix the problem but that did not help.

Any advice?

Thank you,
Nitin

You have a faulty neutral line !
Check the connections at both ends,
Then check the cable itself !
Most likely fault is loose connection !
Probably in panel.

Thank you both for the quick responses. I will ask an electrician to check the panel in the garage first, and then look at the oven next.
