Looking for a schematic for a new marathon 1 hp motor from a sta-rite1hp


Bought a new marathon 1 hp pool motor no schematic in box different configuration do i need a jumper wire to run cap ? Leg 1 &2 and groung correct....pump turns a few times 2 red wures from factory 3 on the sta rite dont want to blow up run cap.....why do they sell this stuff without a schematic........job protection i guess....
