Locating wiring for yard lighting
When my yard was landscaped an elaborate low voltage lighting system was also installed, lighting trees, areas of the yard, etc. I have suddenly lost 1/2 the lighting in the yard although some of the lights have a faint glow to them. My suspicion is the gardner, or my wife, hit some wiring when moving plants but have no idea on how to find the problem. Can an electrician find the problem without digging up the whole yard looking for a cut or damaged wire?
Any electrician or homeowner with a VO meter should be able to find the bad wire quite simply without digging up the yard at all---
An electrician will be along soon (or a member with electrical testing knowledge)--Mike---
