Loadcenter change
Is it ok to replace 100A 20 breaker 24 circuit loadcenter with 100A 30 breaker 30 circuit loadcenter? Old panel maxed out and have gone to piggyback breakers, need extra room in panel for new ATS wires. Both panels use BR breakers, new panel has copper bus, aluminum service cable is rated 100A and will not change. Load calc. looks ok for 100A. THANKS

A less labor intensive option would be to install a subpanel.
