Line Voltage Thermostat with dry contacts operate electric fan heater.

Greetings

Given a setback function on a plc stat labeled econo-mode and having a dry set of NO (24V) contacts:How does one go about installing a 120 V Occupancy-sensor (Motion) to put Stat into setback mode
Perhaps a cube relay(contactor)in a double ganged box would do with low voltage jumper over to econo terminals on stat?
any ideas..tnxs
