Lights flickering between dim and normal

So BC Hydro came out again today for the 3rd time and whilst they were checking the neutral from the main line it sparked on them as the connection was loose, they fixed it and since then everything appears to be fine. Hopefully my issues have been resolved. I will give it a couple of days and see, thanks for all the help on this post guys its been a real nightmare.

Sounds like it should be fixed.

You know, A real big nightmare is what jamie experienced. I think it was a crossed ground with unfused service lug. Burned some romex while finding a path back to the electricity's source, the neutral. I think he was trying to figure hot a "live ground" issue where people were getting shocked from metal cover plates of switches, etc.
