Lights blinks even after switching off the power


Hi,

In my house even if the lights are switched off, certain places, the lights still have slight electricity and it just blinks,

Any one can adivice me what to do and where to check

Lights blinks even after switching off the power


Check if you have excessive voltage on the neutral wire (white one) to grounding conductor (green or bare one)

First, call power company and have them check incoming power. If nothing resolved there, have a good electrician do an inspection on your house connection and service panel.

Lights blinks even after switching off the power


Are these fluorescent lights? If so, there can be enough leakage through a dimmer or a lighted switch to cause the lights to flash briefly.
