Lightning Round Project
I want to make a podium that has two light bulbs and two switches, the idea is to make a game-show like stand where two people can come up, be asked a question then the first person to answer hits his respective button which turns on his light.
This is where I need the electrical help, I want to know how I can turn off the opponents light so that the first person to hit their button turns on their light and cuts off the circuit of the other so that only one light can be on at any given time.
Any ideas?

Hint..... you need 2 single pole switches (push button if you want) and two solenoid relays each with two NC contacts.

I was temping to draw a digram here but little diffrent but work very simuair that i will use the SPDT relay both with NO conacats each side until that perosn on one side hit it and pull the relay to light up that side and other side can not close the relay due the DT format.
Am i makeing sense ??
Merci, Marc

Stubbie: The switches must be held down thw whole time you are answering to prevent the other light from working.
You need some kind of holding circuit.
