Lighting proximity to outdoor hot tub - Code Question

Greetings,
I am doing some projects at home and am in need of some clarification on the Ontario Electrical Safety Code (I've seen conflicting info online to my query, and my local library does not have the most current version of the code). I believe it is Rule 68.

We have some low voltage LED flush mounted lighting on our deck. We are installing a hot tub, and some of these lights are within 3m of where the hot tub will be. I need assistance to clarify whether:
* Code completely disallows any lighting within 3m of a hot tub - period, no exceptions; or
* Code will allow the lighting, provided it is GFCI protected

Thanks very much in advance for any assistance.
