Light switch issue

I am replacing old brown light switches and did two single poles that controlled lights easily enough. The next one I took apart controls an outlet only. It has two black wires and one red. I'm unsure what to do now. I'm an amateur but successfully replaced 12 outlets. Please help.

How are the wires connected to the current switch?

Most likely the blacks are power in and power out. The red is probably the switched hot.

Pigtail the two blacks with a short length of black to one screw, red to other screw.
