Light switch controls 1 the wall plug but both top and bottom plug.

edewater Newbie   Join Date: Oct 2012 Posts: 1	Light switch controls 1 the wall plug but both top and bottom plug. Can we change the plug so the switch will only turn on the top plug not the bottom plug so we can plug in a TV in without turning it off with the switch?
