Light bulb keeps blowing

Hello all,

I wos doing some work for friends and they have a light in th efront hal that has three bulbs in it. They are the smallet bulds with the smaller sockets about 1/2 half inch in diameter.

They said twoof the bulbs will only last about a day or two befor they burn out and don't know why. I opened the light and don't see any evidence of burning wires or loose connections.

Does anyone know what could be causing this oddity?

Thank you,

Stephen

Light bulb keeps blowing

I think I found the answer but don't know how to delete or close this post.

I was reading that it may be the prong at the bottm of the socket. That is likely because I had to remove a bulb that was broken for them.
